How does moonalisa work?

Moonalisa is a program based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi). The program is designed to help women improve their sleep by identifying and addressing the underlying psychological and behavioral factors that may be contributing to their insomnia.

Throughout the program, individuals work with a sleep coach who provides guidance and support as they progress through the program. The program also includes a mobile app that offers daily lessons, exercises, and a sleep diary to track progress and help individuals stay on track.

By following the CBTi-based approach of Moonalisa, you can develop long-term solutions for your insomnia that do not require medication and can improve your sleep quality and overall well-being.

Do I need a medical presciption to use moonalisa?

No, you do not need a medical prescription to use moonalisa. However, it is important to note that Moonalisa is not intended to replace any existing treatment you may be receiving and is not cleared by the FDA.

How much does moonalisa cost?

The cost of the moonalisa program is $188 USD for 8 weeks.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts at least 8 weeks. The first month is focused on training you with the right tools and give you access to quality content which helps to take control of your sleep.Then the following months enable long lasting changes on your mind and body.We recommend using the program for 8 weeks minimum.
