The science behind

At Moonalisa, our protocols are developed at Stanford University and are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi).

This scientifically-proven approach is widely recognized as the gold standard for addressing insomnia and is considered more effective than traditional medication-based treatments.

Poor sleep is compounded by hormonal and body changes.

Trying to conceive
Trying to conceive can affect sleep due to stress and hormonal changes, leading to difficulty falling or staying asleep.
